Freedom

You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love. -- Galatians 5:13

Based on the experiences of several people that have left the LHMM, there are many freedoms and joys to be found. For example, you may:
  • Serve God in ways that you are particularly gifted and called for without an organization and structure that stops you. When you discover what your spiritual gifts are (this may be done via several online tests), you can serve in ways that are consistent with your gifts, passion and temperament, You will experience greater satisfaction.
  • Worship with music that is of a different style that simply traditional hymns with Old English language. It may be inspiring and up-beat.
  • Read any version of the Bible and stop wasting time correcting the errors of older translations such as the KJV.
  • Read and study the Bible directly without reproach.
  • Walk into a Christian book store and look at any book without fear.
  • Gain the ability to respect Christian leaders and speakers that bless many and have good ministries.
  • Be able to fellowship with Christians from various denominations and respect and learn from them as brothers in Christ. Meet with people of your age group that can encourage you. You will not have to travel great distances at your expense to find fellowship.
  • Wear comfortable clothes to gatherings.
  • Participate more fully in ministry if you are a woman.
  • Attend a Church that is attractive, up-to-date, relevant, and in tune with the times.
  • Listen to messages from a many different teachers with gifted speaking abilities that are motivational and relevant to life.
  • Find a church where they care for children and have special services geared for their age.
  • Pray in normal English language and God will understand you fully.
  • Find people that are real, authentic, and honest about their lives and walk with God.
  • Experience church in ways that are tangible, practical, and meaningful.
  • Experience different times and seasons of life and more flexibility in your schedule. For example, you may do a home Bible study for six months and then try a different one. Services at church will vary according to the time of year like Easter or Christmas. You may have the choice to go to church on a Saturday. You will not be tied to a strict discipline on church on a certain day and time with the same people for the rest of your life.

Many of these freedoms are gained by finding a good church home to be with other believers. It takes time to feel like this is not a sin since the LHMM calls these churches the "nominal system" and "Babylon" (meaning confusion). This may at first come as a surprise, but we assure you that there are sincere, faithful, and knowledgeable Christians to be found outside the LHMM. No one has all the truth. The world is not that simple. No set of books will give you all the correct interpretations of every Scripture. You need to be OK with that.

Good people exist in all religions. They need to leave false religion, get out of her Revelation 18:4. Jesus said that he would appoint a faithful slave to give food to the houshold of faith. Who is that slave?

Jesus did not have all the truth. That did not change the fact that he was the only way to reconciliation to God.

So you're saying that your church system, organization, or beliefs ARE the only way to reconciliation to God? I believe faith in Jesus is the only way. That is what the Bible says. Ac 4:12 Salvation is found in no-one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”
Php 2:10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,

Jesus did not have all the truth. This blog states that not having all truth excludes being the truth.

I think you may have misunderstood some comment...I'm not sure I understand your statement.

Brother Russell and Johnson had truth, no trinity, no hellfire, no immortal soul, to name a few. They did not have ALL truth; they did have truth that "nice christian people" have rejected. It is a fact that Jesus did not have ALL truth, but he did not ever teach an immortal soul, trinity, or hellfire. These teachings are false, lies that Satan has promoted. The nicest person in the world still has to accept the truth to please God, even if they claim faith in the ransom.

I can give you a list of other people that also have these "truths" that you claim. They are not part of the lineage of Russell/Johnson/etc. but found them through independent study. So are they saved by the fact they accepted the truths? No. What about someone today who has nothing but a Bible in their language...no one to explain these truths and no writings in their language they can understand? Do they not have an opportunity to be saved? Faith in Jesus as your Savior is all that is required to be saved. The Bible puts no other conditions on it. It only mentions one condition upon which you can lose your salvation by sinning against the holy spirit. Not believing in particular doctrines as outlined by Russell, Johnson, or ANYONE else is not on the list.

MT 7:21-23 states that accepting the "lord" Jesus is not what is needed for salvation. We need to accept the Fathers will, and do it.

Continue on reading that same passage Mt. 7:24 "Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock."
It's kind of difficult the "put into practice" doctrines of the non-trinitarianism, hell, or immortality of the soul. They are not practical. Interesting, important, but not necessary for salvation.

They are when we learn that we are to help others to learn the truth opposed to false teachings by preaching and making disciples. MT 24:14, MT 28:19-20, Luke 10:1-2, Jn4:21-24
Jesus referred to “true worshipers” “worshiping in truth.” The Father is seeking such worshipers.
this is what we believe and has an effect on our confidence in God, and our being able to be united with others who believe that the truth is from God's Word, not of a man.
